Watch how a Private email chat between lovers???, suddenly becomes a bit more as Bradley Chait,
takes the first steps and lets his friends know that he has got a blow-Job from
Claire Swire.
At this point I
guess he just thought he was circulating it to just six friends, then see how Edward Drummond forwards
it to six more people, and so on. Each time these people add their own comments to it, and forward it
on, what I find amazing is that Edward Drummond used the line "beggars belief. I feel honour bound to
circulate this"..
The original email between the two lovers wasn't that bad, I have emailed worse to my wife,
but what actually beggars belief, is that these guys are LAWYERS,
and whats more they don't give a damn about Claires feelings
(and before you go about me doing it, by the time I saw this, it was ALREADY in the public
domain)
The original Private Email exchange between Bradley Chait And Claire Swire is Hilited in Blue, and all
the extra Comments added on are in RED.
I have left the names of all the people concerned and their Email address's intact,
they should be ashamed of themselves, Especially Bradley Chait and Edward Drummond,
Also Have a Look at Claire Faulkner's statement, she asks if anyone has been tempted to
Forward it back to Poor Claire Swire...What an evil Mind she must have??, so she just
forwards onto 6 More new people
Several People debate the Morality of this exchange, and then go to forward it to lots of others, and eventually out of the UK, well I guess that they didn't have that many morals did they?
It also raises the issue, if this is what Lawyers do to their colleagues Private emails, what do they do with any cases they are working on?
This is what the legal Firm Norton Rose (where it all started) said about emails on October 5th, some two months before all this happened
Tim Russell, an employment lawyer at legal firm Norton Rose, said legal action will be needed to define just what companies can and cannot do. He said because Tony Blair and Cherie Booth are both employment lawyers it was perhaps no surprise that the Government was happy for the courts to define the boundaries of the legislation.
The law will force companies to be more explicit about what they regard as good and bad use of phones, e-mail and net surfing said Mr Russell.
And this is what Norton Rose said December 21st
Company spokeswoman Andrea Turrell said the guidelines on e-mail use had been written into all the employees contracts of employment and should have been read by them when they signed up.
She would not reveal what action will be taken against them as they may yet appeal and the company does not want to compromise itself in case the matter goes before an industrial tribunal.
Norton Rose issued a statement which read: "The situation is very sensitive and obviously, the issues are not straightforward.
"Naturally we are disappointed in the behaviour of certain employees and concerned about a clear breach of employment terms and conditions.
"The employees concerned are horrified by the consequences of, and genuinely regret their actions. The firm regrets any offence caused by these employees, who reacted to a private e-mail originating outside the firm."
And Finally this is the ALLEGED response from Claire swire herself after the shit hit the fan (I cannot claim this is genuine, I cannot verify the source for this, but it has been widely reported in the press)
You may be one of the people who has been 'privileged' to receive a rather childish e-mail which has been doing the rounds from my time at Norton Rose.
For the record: yes I exist; yes I used to work at Norton Rose; and yes I told a guy his cum was "yum". But for God's sake, grow up! It was yum! I'm not ashamed of that. And for all you guys who thought this was all a hoot, let me ask you this: which one of you has never told a girl that your cum tastes great or that its full of proteins/good for your hair/excellent skin conditioner etc etc or basically any old lie which gets your girl for the night to take it in the mouth? So don't laugh at me, but rather laugh at yourself for the pathetic lengths to which you are prepared to go in order to get yourself a lousy blow job from some syphilitic ridden piece of scrag.
Have a great day. And by the way, working for Norton Rose sucks more than I.
Here is anothere ALLEGED response from Claire Swire, the headers and Path seem correct, BUT I am a little cautious about it, so judge for yourself.
